Book Review: Aging Backwards: Reverse the Aging Process and Look 10 Years Younger in 30 Minutes a Day By Miranda Esmonde-White Aging Backwards , the most recent installment of Essentrics, is available both as a book and DVD series. Essentrics is a flowing, fluid routine that is similar to dance. I found it to be much more enjoyable than yoga, and noticed benefits to my body within days. Life after cancer

Cancer changes life. I found this book while undergoing treatment for breast cancer.  After I had undergone a lumpectomy and radiation treatments, I wanted to learn more about cancer and more important, be a part of my own healing. Dr. David  Servan - Schreiber ,* a physician and scientist, wrote  Anti-Cancer: A New Way of Life  to share his experiences with cancer, and what he learned as a result of his ordeal.
